Exciting news in the world of Kendra!
Neil Gaiman is using a cartoon I did of him a while ago to start his new merch line! The cartoon will be on girl and boy cut shirts and will be first available at Comicon in San Diego, at some sort of Neil Gaiman-y booth. I will, of course, be there as well for at least Saturday and Sunday, to bully people into buying shirts for themselves, their friends, family, and the homeless guy near their house that the always feel awkward walking past. Past Comicon, I think the shirts will be for sale on Neil's website, but I'm not sure when.
I've gotten a mockup of the design, but I'm not sure if it's the one they'll be going with. As soon as I know, I'll post it here. But the cartoon is my deviation "Scary Trousers", which is
here The text won't be on the shirt, which is a terrible shame, but oh well. You can't have everything in life.
Anyway, if any of you will be at Comicon, please buy my shirt. Buy two. That way I can convince Neil to let me do a whole line of shirts and it will be awesome.
Other than that, everything is good. The zoo is fun, I am eating dried apricots and reading old issues of Fortean Times. The world is friendly.
